While I was trying to cancel the driver showed up in 3 min. I explained to him what happened and he showed me how to cancel and I was Charged 5 dollars.
I went back to the app changed my times and everything seemed ok. Except I needed 2 cars because I was traveling with 7 people. The app wont let you schedule 2 cars you have to have someone with another account schedule a second car. I was traveling with children and senior citizens none of whom had an account.
